If you stopped by Lyssbarn this weekend, you might have noticed that the blog has a brand new name and a shiny new address!
I just couldn’t wait to get everything transferred, so I spent about an hour on Friday switching servers (which was A LOT easier than I expected). Then I did some general housekeeping and tidied the place up. As you can see, the design changed slightly, but that’s because I wanted it to match with the branding of my design site (which I’ll reveal next week). Plus, I was getting tired of pink. Believe it or not, pink is not my favorite color.
Thanks to everyone for their sweet comments on the name change. I was so incredibly nervous going into this, but your comments calmed me down. I’m glad you like the new name as much as I do!

Sidenote: If you were following me on Bloglovin, you still are. I was able to get the URL changed thanks to the amazing folks over there. I was also able to update my Facebook page and my RSS feed. Hopefully if you were subscribed via RSS you’ll still get updates. If you notice that you aren’t, let me know.
I love it! it’s a bit cleaner but you can still tell it came from LyssBarn – I like that you didn’t lose the connection totally :) but WHAT does The Barn mean? it must mean something since it’s been in both names!
